The Department of Infrastructure (DOI) says a closure on the A18 Mountain Road, will remain in place until Tuesday (January 2), at the earliest, while work is ongoing.
A section of road remains closed between Ramsey and the Bungalow due to a landslip.
Bad weather leads to work
The closure follows on from bad weather earlier in the week, which is when the landslip occurred.
A spokesperson said work is currently underway to try and stabilise the area.
