Police were forced to use a stinger to stop a stolen vehicle yesterday.
Officers said the vehicle was taken without the owner’s consent in the Colby area.
This vehicle was later identified as being driven in the north of the Island and a stinger was used to stop and incapacitate the vehicle.
A second, unconnected car was involved in a minor collision with the stolen vehicle as it came to a stop.
The driver of the second vehicle was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Two juvenile males were arrested in connection with the stolen vehicle.
