As we’re well into the winter now, it is worth recognising that the clubs ‘winter road series’, formerly known as the ‘firemen’s run’, is well underway.
The popular series has options of one lap or three laps.
The three lap race is over 5km.
The series started back in October and takes place the first Tuesday of every month until March.
Remaining dates for Competition Nights:
- February 6
- March 5
The one lap race will take place first, starting at 7:15pm.
Whereas the three lap race starts five minutes later at about 7:20pm.

Entries are taken on the night and if participants can bring the form with them, this will save time.
Athletes must be 16 years old on the day of the event, reflective Hi-Vis tops must be worn by all athletes and no earphones can be used whilst competing.
