Can we all just take a minute, it’s November 2… and it is dry?! Yes it may be foggy and miserable but IT IS DRY and MILD!!!
You may not share my utter JOY at it being so mild, but for me horses are still out and I’m not risking my life jumping on a feral overgrown dog with minus temperatures or 60mph winds.
Yes, you can all go “it isn’t winter yet” or “just you wait until January and February”, well you can all bugger off.
I am thorough enjoying my false hope that this weather will last until spring.
Dry Weekend
It will be mainly dry and overcast today continuing patches of hill fog.
Light to moderate south or southeast wind and a maximum temperature again around 13°C.
Good news is, there is a greater chance of sunny intervals tomorrow, although still areas of cloud at times (meh who cares, not me).
Light mainly southerly wind and highest temperature 13°C.
Outlook
I’m not being sarcastic, but seriously the outlook is the gift that keeps on giving!!
Monday (November 4) is forecast to be overcast, but mainly dry with only a slight risk of patchy drizzle.
Drizzle?! Meh, it’s autumn, get over it. A bit of drizzle is absolutely fine!
Temperatures will be fairly similar with highs of 13°C and lows of 9°C.
The wind won’t be too savage either, with a SE 10-15, increasing 15-20 in places.
Warm in November?
It’s getting warmer on Tuesday (November 5) with temperatures rising to 15°C!
It will be mostly cloudy but dry, then a risk of a few outbreaks of rain overnight.
Although rain, not a lot of it with 0-3mm of rain forecast – I can live with that.
The wind again, will pick up but only to a max of 20mph.
