Yasmin Ingham is one step closer to achieving her Olympic dream, as it was announced today (May 20) that she has secured an Olympic nomination on two horses.
British Equestrian and the British Eventing Selectors today confirmed the 12 eventing athlete and horse combinations that will be submitted to the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) as Great Britain’s nominated entries for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
The 27-year-old has been named as one of the 12 nominated entries for the Paris Games, on Janette Chinn and The Sue Davies Fund’s Banzai Du Loir and Rehy DJ.
Only the combinations who appear on the nominated entries list may be put forward to the British Olympic Association for selection to the Games.

Selection decisions are subject to the athletes and horses maintaining fitness and performance.
The selected squad of four combinations to travel to Paris as part of Team GB, plus reserves, will be announced in late June.
Speaking on the announcement, Yasmin said: ‘This really is so incredibly exciting to have two horses on the nominated entry long list for the Olympic Games! We still have another month to go and one more very important event before final selection.’
She thanked everyone who has played a fundamental part in getting her to this point, saying the announcement is ‘Such a testament to my incredible team, owners, trainers, sponsors, and family for their unwavering support for me and the two special boys!’
