Manx rider Yasmin Ingham is ‘very excited’ to start her final five star of the season today at Pau in France.
The twenty-seven-year-old will be riding the Sue Davies Fund and Janette Chinn’s Rehy DJ in the CCI5*L in Pau over the next few days.
Yasmin expressed her excitement about participating in the challenging five-star event, and noted her previous experience with the course and the technical nature of the terrain.
Speaking to Manx.News, Yasmin emphasised the importance of preparation, and has been focusing all training efforts on the event:

Pau starts today (October 24) with the trot up and day one of dressage, tomorrow (October 25) is day two of dressage, and Saturday (October 26) is arguably the most influential day of the competition as its cross country day.
As Ingham explained it will be a very technical track and the time will be play a big part in the leaderboard.
The final phase will take place on Sunday (October 27) as the riders will show jump.
