The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) were called to an horse riding incident in the north of the island yesterday (July 23).
Yesterday the GNAAS critical care team was activated at 3:16pm to reports of an incident involving a horse.
The service had a paramedic and doctor on board the aircraft and arrived on scene at 3.52pm.
The team assessed and treated the patient before airlifting them to Nobles hospital for further treatment.
Manx.News believe that the rider involved is ‘ok’ but is a bit ‘battered and bruised’.
