The Department of Infrastructure is offering just over 8 acres of grazing land to let in the north of the island.
The DoI are looking for offers in the region of £1,316.00 for a 360 day Grazing Licence on the land in Andreas.
Any successful bidder would be responsible for carrying out the following works to the land:
- Open access ways between all fields and install gates at each opening, if required;
- Clear vegetation surrounding the current trough;
- Replace the trough with a new concrete trough;
- Remove all noxious weeds on the land.
