Braddan Commissioners has confirmed its new leisure centre will have a ‘phased’ opening.
This will start with the sports hall on Sunday.
The local authority has had issues with site access as the Department of Health and Social Care has said visitors won’t be able to use hospital roads, despite this being in the original planning application.
It says it still expects building control approval today (12 January) and the handover of the building by Cedar in the afternoon.
