Barclays Bank on Parliament Street in Ramsey is to close on April 11.
Customers were emailed details of the branch closure earlier today (January 8).
The closest alternative branch for Barclays customers is on Victoria Street in Douglas.
The closure of the branch comes after cut its opening hours in last year to two days a week.
