An ambulance and a van have been involved in a crash with other vehicles.
The incident happened this morning (Sunday March 10) on Ballakermeen Road, near to the Westbourne Drive junction.
No details have been released about any casualties, but eye witness photos supplied to, Manx.News, show that the vehicles involved have been extensively damaged.
Police and Fire & Rescue services attended the scene which blocked the road on Sunday morning.
Eye witnesses claim that nobody was trapped in the vehicles, but this has not yet been confirmed by emergency services.
Manx.News has approached Manx Care (who operate the Ambulance Service) for further information about the incident.
